Our Commitment to Your Puppy’s Health

✅ Veterinary Health Check:
Each puppy receives a thorough examination by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home.

✅ Vaccinations & Deworming:
All puppies are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. You will receive a detailed health record of all treatments.

✅ Genetic Health Guarantee (1 Year):
We provide a one-year guarantee against serious genetic defects. If diagnosed, we offer a replacement puppy or partial refund (subject to terms).

✅ Congenital Health Guarantee (6 Months):
Our puppies are guaranteed free from life-threatening congenital conditions for six months. If diagnosed, we will work with you on a replacement or partial refund.

Your Responsibilities

🐕 Initial Veterinary Visit:
Take your puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of receiving them. Failure to do so voids the guarantee.

🐾 Ongoing Veterinary Care:
Regular vet checkups, vaccinations, and deworming must be maintained, with records kept.

🍖 Proper Nutrition & Care:
Your puppy must have quality food, clean water, and proper housing. Neglect or mistreatment voids the guarantee.

What’s Not Covered?

🚫 Minor illnesses that are easily treatable.
🚫 Injuries, accidents, or neglect-related issues.
🚫 Conditions developing after the initial 72-hour vet check that are not congenital or genetic.

Making a Claim

📑 Diagnosis: Notify us immediately with a detailed vet report if your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition.

🩺 Second Opinion: We may request a second opinion from a licensed vet of our choosing.

💬 Resolution: If confirmed, we will discuss a replacement puppy or partial refund based on the situation.
