Eligibility for Returns

🐾 Puppies purchased from Sweet Home Cocker Spaniel may be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days of receiving the puppy.
🐾 The puppy must be in the same health condition as when delivered.
🐾 If you receive the wrong puppy or one that does not match the listing on our website, you are eligible for a return.

Steps to Return

Request a Return Authorization (RPA)

✅ Veterinary documentation if returning due to a health issue.

Approval & Shipping Instructions

✉️ Once we confirm eligibility, we will issue an RPA number and provide detailed shipping instructions.
🚚 You are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the puppy is transported safely, following all regulations.
⚠️ Any risk of loss or damage during transit is the sender’s responsibility.

Inspection & Refund

🔍 Once we receive the puppy, we will inspect its condition.
💳 If all return criteria are met, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.

📜 If a licensed veterinarian confirms a health issue within 30 days of receipt, you may cancel the purchase. We will refund the cost of the puppy and transportation fees.

Cancellation Period

🚫 Refunds cannot be issued if the cancellation request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
